North Korea claims it is a peaceful, scientific endeavor, while the rest of the world, particularly the US, Japan and South Korea, doesn’t buy it. On Sunday, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez shared his thoughts on new US President Barack Obama’s policies and comments about the South American country’s government.
